Are you an African entrepreneur looking for funding, training, and a community? Are you an African business leader looking to support and showcase Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem? If so, you need to participate in Africa’s Business Heroes 2021 Competition.
Africa’s Business Heroes (ABH) is the Jack Ma Foundation’s flagship philanthropic program in Africa supporting entrepreneurs. Its mission is to showcase and grow local talent who are creating a positive impact. In a 10 year period, the program plans to recognize 100 African entrepreneurs and provide grant funding, training programs, and broader support.
Each year, through the ABH prize competition, 10 “business heroes” from across Africa are selected to compete for their share of $1.5 million in grant funding. During the competition, participants also have exclusive access to training, mentoring, learning programs, and a community of like-minded African business leaders.
You can apply for the ABH 2021 Prize here.
Applications are open in English and French to entrepreneurs from all African countries, all sectors, and all ages who operate businesses formally registered and headquartered in an African country with a 3-year track record.
